Lindsay Locasto Lindsay Locasto, Instructor

Lindsay started practicing yoga to lose weight, but in the process gained a new lifestyle. She became an instructor in 2009, and has found a passion in the rigorous flow of power vinyassa—as it aids the connection of mind/body, and gets people back in their bodies and out of their heads. She is passionate about bringing love to what she loves, and sharing it with her students.

Elaine Windberg Elaine Windberg, Instructor

Elaine has been practicing yoga since 2006, and taught in Tucson, AZ before moving back to Evansville. She likes that yoga reminds you that life and practice are not contests—that they're your own journey that can never be like anyone else's. That yoga lets you learn about and accept limitations, while expanding your possibilities at the same time.
