We're happy to announce our merger with Yoga101 yoga studio, effective 1/13/25. Our original EPY class schedule will gradually be added to Yoga101's current schedule. Here are the EPY classes that are available there now.
In-studio classes are now held in the Yoga101 location at 2800 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN. And the ZOOM classes are still available via ZOOM.
Please note that the 6:00am Mon/Wed/Fri classes are ZOOM ONLY. All other classes are studio only.
The ZOOM morning classes require you to pre-register for class via the Mindbody Online App at least one hour prior to class time. When you choose a ZOOM class, you'll receive a link to the session before class starts.

Classes at EPY/Yoga 101 are all-level classes. We teach to the potential of the class, allowing each student to be their best. We encourage students to explore what is possible, and we will help you make modifications when needed.
Hatha Yoga
This class focuses on the foundations of basic hatha yoga, with the goal of improving functional mobility. Alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength are all addressed. There is no vinyasa/flow in these classes.
Power Yoga All-Levels
Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa yoga is the heart of our power related classes. This class encourages students to explore their boundaries through physical asana, concentrating on strength and flexibility. It's a fast, warm, physically challenging class.
Slow Power Yoga
A slowed down version of our Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa class described above.
Chair Yoga
Accessible for virtually any level. A chair is used to assist standing and seated poses. (There are no on-the-floor poses during this class.)
*Meditation
EPY makes its space available to the local Tibetan Buddhist group Kunzang Chöling of Evansville for meditation and other practices. Alan McCoy leads the group, which has operated in Evansville for over 14 years. You do not need to be Buddhist to attend—but it is Buddhist practice. The group meets most Sundays from 10:30am—11:30am.
