APRIL 7—Pre-Eclipse Sound Bath Celebration at the new interpretive center at Angel Mounds
We will be hosting a Pre-Eclipse Sound Bath Celebration at Angel Mounds on Sunday, April 7 at 3:00PM. This will be held in the NEWLY renovated Interpretive Center. You can sign up on the MindBody app today to reserve your spot. The cost is $20 for the Sound Bath. As a bonus, Angel Mounds will give you admission to the eclipse the following day (admission, no eclipse glasses). You will receive a ticket at the sound bath for admission. Feel free to bring your own pillows and blankets to the sound bath. There will be a limited number of bolsters and blankets on hand. We expect a good turnout. Join Mark, owner of Evansville Power Yoga, as he teaches on the basics of Sound Healing. He will talk about the science of sound therapy—how it works and different instruments usually associated with a sound bath. He will touch on topics of intention and how it relates to a sound therapy experience. After the presentation, you will be able to experience a 45 minute sound bath.

Your Sun Sign and your Moon Sign say a lot about you as a person. This workshop will take you through each sign of the zodiac—focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of each—and what they mean when your Sun or you Moon are there at birth. Learn about yourself, and learn more about how you relate to those around you. Learn how to bring the astrology of your Sun and Moon into your daily life—how they apply to daily routine, even exercise and diet.

JUNE 1—Sound & Scribble (Listening to Your Inner Creative Voice)

Join Mark in this immersive experience of self discovery using sound healing, meditation and scribble drawing. We will start with a sound bath that will both calm and awaken your creativity. After the sound bath, you will be given step by step instruction in a “scribbling for self discovery method”. We will conclude with a share and “witness writing” session.
All art supplies will be included. This workshop will meet the requirements for three CEU’s.
